Using Bizee as a non-U.S. founder requires a longer checklist than choosing an LLC package. The state filing, EIN application, banking review, payment-processing review and tax obligations are separate steps. Passing one does not guarantee the others.
The useful purchasing decision comes after you check that sequence. A formation package can handle paperwork, but it should not be sold to you as a shortcut to a bank account, immigration permission or a tax-free business.
Confirm provider support before payment
Describe your residence, citizenship, ownership structure and business activity to Bizee. Ask whether it currently supports the formation order and each bundled benefit. Its official order page includes some offers limited to U.S.-based clients, so do not assume every package feature works for an international owner.
Request a written list of required identity and address documents. Ask whether there are supported-country restrictions and whether support can handle the EIN application route applicable to you. The fact that a form permits an overseas address is not enough to establish all downstream eligibility.
Keep the reply before purchasing. It gives you a concrete scope to compare with another provider and helps avoid paying for benefits you cannot use.
Choose the structure before the service
Decide the ownership and intended activities with advice appropriate to both the United States and your home jurisdiction. A U.S. LLC can have consequences where you live, even if the formation happens elsewhere. A service catalogue cannot resolve that cross-border analysis.
Do not choose a state solely because a review describes low fees or privacy. Where the business operates, registration requirements and ongoing taxes can affect the decision. Your legal and tax adviser should assess the real facts rather than a generic remote-founder scenario.
Bizee’s formation page states that it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Treat its filing assistance accordingly. If the structure is uncertain, resolving it is work to do before submitting forms.
EIN eligibility and timing
The IRS EIN page describes the government’s free application routes and online eligibility. Applicants outside the online criteria need the appropriate alternative process. Do not assume that buying a package makes an online application available.
Ask the provider who submits the application, what responsible-party information is needed, which route is used and what receipt it supplies. An estimated processing period is not a guarantee that a bank account will be ready by a certain date.
Save the official EIN confirmation when received. Check entity spelling and other details before using it for accounts. A mismatch between the state record, EIN record and account application can create avoidable verification work.
Address requirements are institution-specific
Separate your personal residential address, entity mailing address, registered office and actual operating location. An agent address may serve one purpose without qualifying for another. Ask the bank and processor what evidence they require.
Do not rent a virtual mailbox and assume it guarantees approval. Provide truthful information about where you live and where the business operates. If an institution does not support your arrangement or country, changing the label on the address does not solve the eligibility issue.
Likewise, bank setup assistance usually needs to be understood as an introduction or application step unless the written offer says otherwise. The bank performs its own review and can reject an application.
Foreign ownership can create additional filings
The IRS instructions for Form 5472 describe reporting situations involving foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and related-party transactions. Whether and how those rules apply depends on the entity and transactions. Arrange qualified tax advice rather than assuming no revenue means no reporting.
Current BOI rules are a separate matter. FinCEN’s current page says U.S.-created entities are exempt from BOI reporting, while foreign-created entities registered in the United States can be reporting companies. Foreign ownership and foreign place of formation are not the same distinction.
Keep those two systems separate in your calendar. An exemption from one reporting framework does not remove IRS obligations or state filings.
Budget beyond formation
Bizee’s consumer order page advertises formation service amounts starting at $0 plus state fees. The public agent page lists $149 annually, while professional-route offers can differ. Save the renewal rate in your actual order instead of copying an older review.
Add bookkeeping, tax preparation, licenses, required state reports and any accepted address arrangement to your operating budget. Those can matter more than the initial service fee. A low launch charge is useful, but it does not make a cross-border entity inexpensive to maintain.
The go-ahead checklist
Proceed only after confirming provider support, appropriate structure, EIN route, viable financial-service eligibility and a compliance plan. If banking is essential, investigate eligibility before forming solely to obtain that account.
Review Bizee’s current scope with that checklist. It can be a practical filing service for an eligible international founder, provided you treat the remaining steps as separate decisions with their own requirements.
